The City of Long Beach Planning Commission is currently making preparation to proceed to Public Hearing for the purpose of adopting the SmartCode Plan. Please view copies of the plan below. Copies are available to view in the Building/Code Office located at 645 Klondyke Road and/or the City of Long Beach Public Library located on Jeff Davis Avenue, you may also purchase a copy at the rate of .25 cents per page. Refer to this website daily for scheduled work sessions, ward meetings and public hearings related to the adopting of the SmartCode Plan.
